Description This is a package for guiding public ethics, particularly for central and local authorities, elected representatives, candidates and political leaders. The first part of the package is a handbook of good practice. The second part of the package is made up of the contributions of the specialists and the third one of some case studies. The model initiative package is not a legal instrument. It is simply a collection of good practices. Even if not all practices presented in this document can be implemented in all countries, they are interesting and worth considering during the definition of any reform or policy aimed at ensuring high levels of public ethics and fighting corruption at local level. |
