The World Urban Forum provides advice to the Executive Director of UN-HABITAT who, in turn, may advise the Governing Council. Accordingly, the Executive Director of UN-HABITAT will report on the proceedings and recommendations of the Second World Urban Forum to the forthcoming 20th Session of the Governing Council to be held in Nairobi , Kenya , on the 11th – 15th April 2005.
