During the 59th Session of the Commission on Human Rights, UN-HABITAT actively worked with the Centre on Housing Rights and Evictions (COHRE), Habitat International Coalition (HIC), Human Rights Watch (HRW), the Huairou Commission (HC), the Office of the High Commissioner on Human Rights (OHCHR) and the UN Special Rapporteur on Adequate Housing. In addition to presentations on women's equal right to adequate housing, and work on the next Commission on Human Rights Resolution on women's land, housing and property rights, discussions were held on coordination and collaboration between the various organizations dealing with women's equal rights to adequate housing, land and property. This led to the establishment of a Working Group on Women's Land and Housing Rights, and an agenda for action agreed upon.
